A strong core is the foundation for all movement, amirite??

So here’s a few tips + mods:

1 If you feel really unstable or like your back is arching up or down during commandos, work from your knees so that you are able to keep a flat back and tight core.

2 A full range straddle jack is a hard no, limit your range of motion. Curling up just a few inches is still contracting the appropriate muscles.

3 For bicycles you can keep both legs bent at 90 and do heel taps instead of full leg extensions if your hip flexors are over-engaging or your low back is arching off the floor.
