Full Body Banger Workout
Grab a heavy weight + a resistance band and come workout with me!
Some easy mods:
1 You don’t have to use any equipment! Body weight only will still give you a great workout.
2 You can work from your knees for the plank rows to reverse flys, just keep your core tight and shoulder engaged still.
3 Keep your heels on the floor for russian twists if you feel unstable or like you’re rounding through your upper body.
4 Pushups to hip pikes are HARD so limit your range of motion if it feels impossible or like your form is compromised.
