Weights, Bands, and Sliders... Leggo!

Equipment heavy, and oh so worth it.

Tips + mods??

1 No sliders? Use dish towels if you have hard floors or tupperware lids/paper plates if you have carpet.

2 If weighted pulse squats cause your chest to drop, lose the weight! Keep heavy heels and chest up instead.

3 Slider pikes are no joke so instead of having sloppy form to get a big range of motion, limit your range and perfect your core engagement.

4 You can use basically anything for a set of weights as long as they are equal weight. Think water bottles, canned food, wine bottles, etc…
