Core + Upper Body Blast

Tips + mods:

1 Focus on core engagement the entire time!! Most important part

2 Getting wobbly during the bear hold shoulder taps? Come to knees and focus on stability during taps.

3 Feel like you’re just using momentum to throw yourself up during jackknives? Cut your range of motion in half and focus on the feeling of pulling abs toward spine and feeling one vertebrae come off the floor at a time on your ups and reverse it on the way down.

4 Sinking into your shoulders during hip dips? Come to knees and focus on the engagement of your mid back and obliques.

5 Hips dropping during pike pushes? Focus on keeping hips high and chest towards thighs, even if that means your pushup is only an inch of two.

This is a great progressive workout so focus on the parts that you find extra hard + work on that form!
