Let’s work those stems!

Tips + Mods:

1 If the balance is too hard on the lateral lunges, use a light toe tap when you stand instead.

2 For the bridge walkouts, only go as far as you can without losing height in your hips.

3 If you feel like you can’t keep your core engaged during leg lifts, cut your range of movement in half and take a slight bend in the knees.

4 Keep your chest up during goblet squats to keep it more quad than glute focused.
