White Bean Hummus
Creamy, tangy, twist on the OG hummus. Crazy easy, crazy good.
What ya need:
1 can of white beans
1 large lemon, juiced
2-3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
salt + pepper to taste
olive oil + chopped fresh cilantro or other herbs + flakey sea salt to serve
Directions:
Add everything except toppings into food processor and allow it to process until very smooth.
Either serve warm with olive oil + fresh herbs + flakey salt, or refrigerate and allow to cool and thicken up.
