White Bean Hummus

Creamy, tangy, twist on the OG hummus. Crazy easy, crazy good.

What ya need:

  • 1 can of white beans

  • 1 large lemon, juiced

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • salt + pepper to taste

  • olive oil + chopped fresh cilantro or other herbs + flakey sea salt to serve

Directions:

  1. Add everything except toppings into food processor and allow it to process until very smooth.

  2. Either serve warm with olive oil + fresh herbs + flakey salt, or refrigerate and allow to cool and thicken up.
