Plank Challenge!
Everyone says they hate planks so i’m here to tell you that 1000% means we should do them more so we can get better at them!
Circuits too long and you can’t hold each movement for the allotted amount of time? Shorten each segment! Do what’s right for your body and your fitness level.
You can also do each segment and take breaks in between if doing it all straight through is too much.
When I first started teaching fitness I told myself if there was a move or exercise that I HATED doing I was going to do it until I got good at it. Now boom, I love planks! Give it a shot or message me and we can do the challenge together ;)
